Electric
- Deposit required for all METERED ELECTRIC
- The electrical usage fee is $0.16/kWh
- Long term stays are charged for electric usage every month.
- Short term stays ( less than one month ) for electric usage at checkout.
Phone / Internet
- Rusty’s RV Ranch provides WiFi internet throughout the park.
- Note that download and upload speeds are capped per user to allow all guests the same service performance.
- Use of Rusty’s RV Ranch WiFi service for illegal activities will result in immediate expulsion from the park with no refund.
- Starlink satellite internet works very well at Rusty’s RV Ranch.
- Landline phone jacks are provided at each site by Valley Telecom; please contact them for available services and fees.
Cellular Coverage
- Verizon has 3G coverage at Rusty’s RV Ranch
- AT&T has LTE coverage at Rusty’s RV Ranch
- Other carriers currently offer no coverage

Our CANCELLATION POLICY for RV Sites & Rental Units

Daily Reservations:
RV Site: up to a 6-night stay, cancellation must be received at least 5 nights prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Rental Unit: up to a 6-night stay, cancellation must be received at least 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival date.** PLEASE NOTE** All one-night stays are pre-paid & non-refundable.
Weekly Reservations:
RV Site: Up to 3 weeks stay, cancellation must be received at least 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Rental Unit: Up to 2 weeks stay, cancellation must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.Monthly Reservations:
